Announcement of Regulated Information under L. 3556/2007.

Notification of Significant Changes in Voting Rights.

EYATH S.A., pursuant to the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and following the relevant Notification, received on 10.12.2025 from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, informs the investing public that its Shareholder, "HELLENIC CORPORATION OF ASSETS AND PARTICIPATIONS S.A." (herein after referred to as "HCAP"), whose voting rights are 100% controlled by the Hellenic Republic, on the 8th of December 2025 sold 1,815,000 shares, issued by EYATH S.A., representing 5,00% of EYATH S.A.'s share capital and corresponding voting rights, to special investors, through private placement on an accelerated bookbuild offering.

Following the sale, HCAP's aggregate ownership interest and voting rights in EYATH S.A.'s issued ordinary share capital amounts to 19.02%.

The Hellenic Republic's total ownership interest and voting rights in EYATH S.A.'s share capital has been changed, and now amounts to 69.02% (25.053.000 shares), out of which the direct voting rights correspond to 18.150.001 shares (50% plus 1 share) and the indirect voting rights to 6.902.999 shares (19,02%).
