on concluding a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding
4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as: "MoU") was signed between 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG SDT") and Aeronautics Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: "Aeronautics") in order to explore and further specify the possible cooperation opportunities.
The MoU specifies that the Parties wish to explore the feasibility of joint activities regarding the marketing and sales, production, maintenance and localization of Unmanned Aerial Systems, such as, but not limited to, the Orbiter product family (developed by Aeronautics) in Hungary.
As a possible form of cooperation, the Parties will also examine the possibility of establishing an exclusive partnership or joint venture.
