Subject: Information on the outcome of the capacity market auction for2030

Body of the report:

The Enea S.A. Management Board hereby reports that on 11 December 2025,in consequence of the capacity market auction for the 2030 deliveries(primary auction), a total of not less than 661 MW of the capacityobligation was contracted for members of the Enea Group. The closingprice of the auction, which was completed in the second round, is withinthe range between PLN 511.51 per kW per year and PLN 465.03 per kW peryear.

The Enea Group's portfolio of capacity contracts has been supplementedwith at least 661 MW under renewed one-year contracts, having reached atotal of not less than 3,600 MW for 2030.

These capacity obligations may not be treated as the final outcome ofthe capacity auction. Preliminary results of the auction will bepublished within 3 business days of its completion. The final outcome ofthe capacity auction will be announced by the President of the EnergyRegulatory Office in the authority's Public Information Bulletin on thebusiness day immediately following the 21st day after the completion ofthe capacity auction.
