ASCOPIAVE: Financial Calendar 2026

Ascopiave S.p.A., in compliance with section 2.6.2 of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. regulation, announces the calendar of main expected company's events for 2026:

March 5, 2026: Board of Directors' Meeting approving the Draft Financial Statements and the consolidated Financial Statements relating to the 2025 financial year

March 5, 2026: Analyst presentation

April 22, 2026: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approving the Financial Statements and illustrating the consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2025 – first call

April 23, 2026: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approving the Financial Statements and illustrating the consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2025 – second call

May 7, 2026: Board of Directors' Meeting approving 1Q 2026 Financial Results

May 7, 2026: Analyst presentation

July 30, 2026: Board of Directors' Meeting approving 1H 2026 Financial Results

July 30, 2026: Analyst presentation

November 5, 2026: Board of Directors' Meeting approving 3Q 2026 Financial Results

The Draft Financial Statements and the consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2025 will be made available by the Company within the terms set forth under Article 2.2.3 of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Regulation; therefore, Ascopiave will be exempted from the publication of 4Q 2025 Financial Results.

The Company will promptly notify the market about any changes to the above the mentioned scheduled events.

The Ascopiave Group is one of the main national operators in natural gas distribution, managing the service in 454 Towns in Northern Italy, through a network of over 20,000 kms. serving approximately 1,360,000 users.

The Group is also active in the renewable energy and integrated water service sectors and holds minority interests in companies operating in the information and communication technology (Herabit S.p.A.) and public services (Acinque S.p.A.) sectors. In the renewable energy sector, Ascopiave manages 29 hydroelectric and wind power plants with a nominal capacity of 84.1 MW. Ascopiave has been listed on the Euronext Star Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange since 12 December 2006.
