Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

Lift Global Ventures plc (the "Company") announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled for the 12 December 2025 has been adjourned to a later date.

The adjournment allows the Company additional time to continue constructive discussions with shareholders regarding the resolutions on the proposed disapplication of pre-emption rights.  The Board believes that taking this additional time is important to ensure shareholders' views are fully considered before the resolutions are put to a vote.

A new date, time and venue for the reconvened AGM will be provided in due course. Shareholders are advised not to attend the originally scheduled AGM on 12 December 2025.
