Incap Corporation will publish the following financial reports in 2026:

• Financial statements release for 2025 on Thursday 26 February 2026
• Annual Report for 2025 during week 16/2026 (week commencing on 13 April 2026)
• Business review for January–March 2026 on Thursday 30 April 2026
• Half-year report for January–June 2026 on Thursday 30 July 2026
• Business review for January–September 2026 on Thursday 29 October 2026

The Annual Report consists of the Board of Directors’ report, including the Sustainability Statement, and the Financial Statements for the financial period 1 January–31 December 2025. At the same time with the Annual Report, Incap will also publish the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report.

Incap’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 20 May 2026 in Helsinki. A shareholder has the right to have a matter falling within the competence of the General Meeting under the Limited Liability Companies Act addressed by the General Meeting, and the related request shall be sent by 28 February 2026 to the address Incap Corporation/Board of Directors, Bulevardi 21, FI-00180 Helsinki, Finland, or by e-mail to communications@incapcorp.com.

All financial information will be published in Finnish and in English. The releases will also be available online at Incap Corporation’s website at www.incapcorp.com.
