Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Northgate plc ("Northgate", the "Company" or the "Group"), today announces that Fernando Cogollos Ubeda has stated his intention to retire during 2019, from his role as General Manager of Northgate Spain, after nine years with the business. In line with the Company's succession plan, the Company announces that upon Fernando's retirement he will join the main Board of Northgate plc as a Non-Executive Director.

The search for Fernando's successor is underway and he will remain in his role until the successful candidate has been appointed and an appropriate handover period has been completed.  Once this process has concluded, Fernando will be appointed to the Board as a non-independent Non-executive Director.
