Report Content Notifications from person discharging managerial responsibilities in theCompany

The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registeredoffice in Krakow, Poland ("Company") hereby informs that on December 10,2025, the Company received two notifications prepared in accordance withArticle 19.1 of MAR from Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski - President of theManagement Board of the Company, and from the Benevora Fundacja Rodzinnaw organizacji, as person closely associated with Mr. PawełPrzewięźlikowski.

As a result of the event described in the relevant notifications, allshares of the Company previously held by Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski weretransferred, pursuant to a donation agreement, to a person closelyassociated with him, i.e. Benevora Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji. Atthe same time, Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski total shareholding in theCompany, through the person closely related to him, has not changed.
