ANNOUNCEMENT

Space Hellas S.A. hereby announces, that the term of the agreement with MERIT SECURITIES AEPEY for the provision of Special Trading services on the company's common registered shares to enhance the liquidity of these shares has been extended.

SPACE HELLAS has signed, a Special Trading agreement with MERIT SECURITIES AEPEY under the following main conditions:

1. MERIT SECURITIES AEPEY will transmit to the Trading System of the Athens Stock Exchange special trading orders (i.e. simultaneous purchase and sale orders) for own account on the share of SPACE HELLAS S.A. For this service, MERIT SECURITIES AEPEY shall receive a fee from the issuer.
1. The Special Trading agreement with the above company has a duration of one (1) year (annual renewal until 9-12-2026).
