Directorate Change Update

Further to the announcement released on 23 July 2018, Reach plc announces that Simon Fuller is expected to join the Board of Directors of the Company (the 'Board') as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary on 1 March 2019.

Vijay Vaghela will step down from the Board as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary on 1 March 2019 and will assist with handover of responsibilities until the end of June 2019.
