As at Monday 31 December 2018, Tullow Oil plc's issued share capital consists of 1,393,439,716 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 10p each) with voting rights.  No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Tullow Oil plc is 1,393,439,716.
