Availability of the half-year report for the period from 1 April 2017 to 30 September 2017

Rothschild & Co announces that the half-year financial Report for the first half (i.e. 1 April to 30 September 2017) of its 9 month financial year ending on 31 December 2017 has been made available to the public and filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).

This report includes the following information:

• the half-year activity report;
• the condensed half-year consolidated financial statements for the first half of the financial year ending on 31 December 2017 and the report of the Statutory Auditors on the half-year financial information;
• the statement by the persons responsible for the half-year financial report.
