Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on signing a sale and purchase agreement regarding the acquisition of the additional 30% of the shares in ACE Network Zrt.

4iG Public Limited Company ("4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that yesterday, 4iG's subsidiary 4iG Information Technology Private Company Limited by Shares (registered seat: 1037 Budapest, Montevideo utca 2/C.; registration number: 01-10-143072; tax number: 32692231-2-41) entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire the additional 30% (thirty percent) of the registered capital of ACE Network Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: 1117 Budapest, Október huszonharmadika utca 8-10. 5. em. 30. ajtó; registration number: 01-10-049984; tax number: 26533500-2-43; hereinafter: "ACE Network") ("Transaction").

4iG closed the transaction on April 14th, 2021, acquiring the shares representing 70% of ACE Network's legal predecessor's registered capital. With the closing of the current transaction, 4iG Informatikai Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, a subsidiary owned exclusively by 4iG will become the sole owner of ACE Network.

ACE Network is engaged in the implementation and operation of network, IT security, collaboration, and data center infrastructure solutions, as well as their high-level automation and support. ACE Network is a Cisco GOLD Integrator and Provider partner, allowing it to independently provide support services to its clients. In addition to Cisco, it also represents the following manufacturers at a high level in Hungary: F5, Palo Alto, HPE, Check Point, Juniper, Fortinet, and Nokia. ACE Network currently employs 49 employees and its sales revenue in 2024 reached 10 billion HUF.
