Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on the sale of 100% of the business quota of 4iG Broadcast Infrastructure LLC

4iG Public Limited Company ("4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that the closing of the business quota sale and purchase agreement concluded between 4iG's subsidiary 4iG Telecommunication Holding Private Company Limited by Shares (registered seat: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; registration number: 01-10-042190) ("4iG Telco Holding") and the exclusively stateowned Pro-M Professional Mobile and Network Service Provider Private Company (registered office: 1107 Budapest, Száva utca 3.; company registration number: 01-10-045343) ("Pro-M") regarding the acquisition of business quota representing 100% (hundred percent) of the registered capital of the 4iG Broadcast Infrastructure Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1121 Budapest, Csíz utca 2-8., company registration number: 01-09-436756) ("4iG Boradcast") ("Transaction") has taken place today, thus Pro-M became the 100% business quota holder in 4iG Broadcast.
