Board Change - Retirement of Non-Executive Director

Cairn announces that Jackie Sheppard will retire as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2018 to accommodate orderly end of term transition and the timing of other commitments, having served on the Board since May 2010.

The Company has commenced a search for a replacement non-executive director and currently expects to complete the appointment process in Q1 2019.

Cairn's Chairman, Ian Tyler, commented:
