Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company has today declared the payment of a first interim dividend of 2.00p per ordinary share in respect of the year to 30 April 2019.

This dividend will be paid on 25 January 2019, to shareholders on the register as at 4 January 2019. The ex-dividend date is 3 January 2019.

It is expected that the Company's half-yearly results for the six months ended 31 October 2018 will be announced later today.
