Sale of Unlisted Equity Investment

The Company announces the completion of the sale of Gundaline, an unlisted investment representing 2.1% of the Company's NAV for cash. This represents a modest premium to carrying value and a 11.6% IRR since the initial investment was made in January 2014.

Following the sale of Gundaline, the company's exposure to unlisted equities is 10.4%.
