Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On the vesting of share plan awards on 14 December 2018 Steve Hare, who is a Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Sage Group plc. and Klaus-Michael Vogelberg, who is a member of the Executive Committee, became beneficially entitled to the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company set out below, all of which were held in trust by Intertrust Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of The Sage Group plc Employee Benefit Trust. On 14 December 2018 the Company was notified that they each disposed of the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each set out below in respect of which they had become beneficially entitled, at the price per ordinary share set out below, to cover tax obligations arising from the vesting:
