Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") Purchase and Award

On 14 December 2018 the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") purchased ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Partnership Shares") and were awarded Matching Shares under the SIP:
