INFORMATION ON SHARE BUYBACK

Zola Predosa (BO), 1 December 2025 – With reference to the share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting on 8 May 2025 and whose launch was publicly disclosed on 30 June 2025, GVS S.p.A., based on the information provided by the appointed intermediary Kepler Cheuvreux SA (identification code: 9695005EOZG9X8IRJD84), announces the purchases carried out during the week from 24 to 28 November 2025.
