CFE and Befimmo conclude a transaction regarding settlements and claims related to ZIN IN NO(O)RD project

9 December 2025, Brussels - CFE announces that it has successfully concluded a transaction with Befimmo regarding settlements and claims related to the ZIN IN NO(O)RD project which was successfully completed in 2024. This transaction is expected to have a favourable impact both on the net result for 2025 and on the net financial debt as of December 31, 2025.

About ZIN IN NO(O)RD

ZIN IN NO(O)RD is the largest circular renovation project in the Benelux, transforming the existing 1970s WTC Towers in Brussels into 114.472 sqm of mixed-use spaces, while retaining 85% of it original structure and reusing more than 60% of materials from the site. Commissioned by Befimmo, it was jointly delivered by three CFE companies – Van Laere and BPC Group for the construction & renovation works and VMA for the multitechnics installations – and today houses the Flemish Government as main tenant.
