In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that the Senior Independent Director, Giles Kerr, who is also Chair of the audit committee and a member of the nomination and remuneration committees of PayPoint plc, has been appointed to the board of Abcam plc as a non-executive director and member of its audit & risk committee with effect from 12 December 2018.
