Bağlı Ortaklığımız Gensenta İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'nin (Gensenta) Şekerpınar'da bulunan hammadde üretim tesisleri (makine ve ekipmanlar hariç) ve bunların üzerinde yer aldığı arsanın (Taşınmaz) satılmasına ilişkin 22.11.2024 tarihli KAP açıklamamızda 31.12.2025 olarak belirtilen Taşınmaz'ın alıcıya teslim tarihi, Gensenta paydaşlarının devam eden tedarik ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması amacıyla, 31.05.2026 olarak güncellenmiştir.

In our announcement dated 22.11.2024 regarding the sale of the raw material production facilities (excluding machinery and equipment) of our associate Gensenta İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Gensenta") located in Şekerpınar, together with the land on which they are situated (the "Property"), the delivery date of the Property to the buyer, which had been specified as 31.12.2025, has been updated to 31.05.2026 in order to meet the ongoing supply needs of Gensenta's stakeholders.
