The Board of The North American Income Trust plc announces:

Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

That the third interim dividend of 2.80p per Ordinary Share, in respect of the year ending 31 January 2026, is to be paid on 30 January 2026 to holders registered at the close of business on 30 December 2025. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.

The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 29 December 2025.
