11.08.2025 tarihli KAP açıklamamız ile 517820 numaralı ve 51.797.840 TL yatırım tutarlı Modernizasyon Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi'nin kapatılması için T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı Teşvik Uygulama ve Yabancı Sermaye Genel Müdürlüğü'ne başvuruda bulunulduğu açıklanmıştı. İlgili teşvik belgesi 09.12.2025 tarihi itibariyle kapanmıştır.

İşbu  açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi KAP'da yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama kabul edilecektir.

Per our announcement dated August 11, 2025, it was disclosed to the public that an official application was submitted to the General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye regarding the closure of the Modernization Investment Incentive Certificate numbered 517820, with an investment amount of TRY 51,797,840. The relevant incentive certificate has been closed as of December 9, 2025.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
