Przed zdarzeniem opisanym w punkcie 1 spółka Universal-Investment, działając w imieniu i na rzecz AvH, zarządzała 705 816 akcjami KVT, co łącznie stanowiło 5,761% kapitału zakładowego KVT i miało 705 816 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy KVT, co odpowiadało 5,761% ogólnej liczby głosów.

As part of performance of the obligation referred to in Article 69(1)(2) in conjunction with Article 87(1)(3)(b) of the Act on public offer and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and public companies of 29 July 2005 (the "Act"), acting on behalf of Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH with its registered office in Frankfurt am Main ("Universal-Investment"), managing and acting for and on behalf of AvH Emerging Markets Fonds UI, an investment fund existing under German law ("AvH"), I hereby provide notification about decrease of the share in the total number of votes in Krynica Vitamin S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("KVT") from 5.761% to 0,00%.

Zbycie udziałów 2 grudnia 2025. On 2nd of December 2025, was a sale.

1. The number of shares held before the change in the share and their percentage share in the share capital of the company (KVT), and the number of votes carried by those shares with their percentage share in the total number of votes:

Prior to the event described in point 1, Universal-Investment, acting for and on behalf of AvH, managed 705,816 KVT shares, which together represented 5.761% of KVT's share capital and had 705,816 votes at the general meeting of KVT shareholders, corresponding to 5.761% of the total number of votes.
