on signing a sale and purchase agreement regarding the acquisition of 90% business quota in Mobil Adat Kft.
4iG Public Limited Company ("4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that on 8 th December 2025 4iG's subsidiary 4iG Informatikai Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: 1037 Budapest, Montevideo utca 2/C; registration number: 01 10 143072) entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire the business quota representing 90% (ninety percent) of the registered capital of Mobil Adat Távközlési és Informatikai Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 1037 Budapest, Montevideó utca 3/b. III. em. 1.; registration number: 01-09-995858) ("Mobil Adat") ("Transaction").
The closing of the Transaction is subject to the approval of the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH).
