Mr.Bricolage SA, which groups together local independent home improvement, decoration and gardening stores, is announcing that its shares (MRB - FR0004034320), previously listed on Compartment C, are being transferred to Euronext Paris Compartment B from 26 January 2018.
Market compartments are changed annually based on market capitalization levels for the last 60 trading days of the year. For reference, Compartment B includes listed companies with a market capitalization of between €150 million and €1 billion.
Over the last 60 trading days of 2017, Mr.Bricolage's average capitalization was €161.2 million.
"The new strategy, rolled out through the Rebond plan, received a positive response from the market in 2017 and our access to Euronext Paris Compartment B reflects this confidence among investors. This transfer should enable the Group to benefit from stronger visibility with the financial community", confirms Christophe Mistou, Chief Executive Officer of Mr.Bricolage SA.
