AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. ("the Company") informs investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the provisions of article 62 of Law 4548/2018 and its Board of Directors decision dated 17/03/2025, it purchased 177 bond securities of the Company's Common Bond Loan ("AEGNB1") which is trading in the category of Fixed Income Securities in the Regulated Market of the Athens Exchange at an average price of 100% and for a total transaction value of 178.532,40 EUR during the period 04/12/2025 to 08/12/2025.
