Shareholding notification due to repurchases of own shares

Norion Bank AB hereby announces, in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 18 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980) ("LHF"), that the company repurchased 2,035,999 of its own shares on 8 December 2025. Following this transaction, the bank's total holding of its own shares amounts to 11,935,099, which corresponds to 5.81% of the total number of shares. As a result, Norion Bank's holding has exceeded the 5% threshold pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 5 of the LHF.

The repurchases are part of the share buyback program, of up to SEK 500 million, that Norion Bank announced on 29 October 2025.
