MODIFICATION OF THE 2018 FINANCIAL AGENDA

Suresnes, February 26th , 2018: Recylex S.A. (Euronext Paris: FR0000120388-RX) announces today that the company will publish its press release for the 2017 annual financial results on Friday April 13th, 2018 (after market closing), instead of Thursday April 12 th, 2018.

The projected financial agenda for 2018 is now the following:
