Notification of Transactions of Directors

In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company wishes to announce that it received notification that on 15th November (i) Kevin Parry, a Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of the Company, acquired a total of 10,216 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 973.57 pence per share; and (ii) Benoit Durteste, a Director of the Company, acquired a total of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 962.95 pence per share.

As a result of these transactions (i) Kevin Parry and his connected persons hold a total of 40,092 shares, 0.01% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares); and (ii) Benoit Durteste and his connected persons hold a total of 529,265 ordinary shares, 0.18% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
