Purchase of shares for cancellation

Hargreave Hale AIM VCT plc announces that on 26 October 2018 the company purchased 1,256,062 Ordinary shares at a price of 75.5155p pence per share for cancellation.

Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares, 186,870,012 ordinary shares of 1p each will remain in issue.
