(2) The total number of exercisable voting rights (or "net" voting rights) is calculated after taking into account the number of shares entitled to double voting rights on 03/31/2018, and after deduction of the shares without voting rights (in the present case, the 5,077 treasury shares held as of 03/31/2018 and the 269,365 preference shares of 0.10€ paer value each existing on 03/31/2018).
