CVS, the UK's listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 5th & 8th December 2025 respectively of the following share purchases:

·    Paul Higgs, Director and Chief Veterinary Officer of the Company purchased 1,235 Ordinary Shares.  As a result Paul Higgs's total interest in the Company is now 4,931 Ordinary shares, representing 0.007 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

·    Joanne Shaw, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 825 Ordinary Shares.  As a result Joanne Shaw's total interest in the Company is now 2,387 Ordinary shares, representing 0.003 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
