HiPay Group: Shareholders' Meeting held on April 30th, 2018

Levallois-Perret, April 30th , 2017: HiPay Group (ISIN code: FR0012821916 – HIPAY), a Fintech company specialized in online payments releases the results of the vote of its Shareholders' Meeting.

The mobilization of HiPay's shareholders allowed the company to reach a quorum of 65%.

All the resolutions proposed to the General Meeting were approved.
