At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 December 2025, all the resolutions were passed on a poll.

In relation to Resolution 12 (authority to disapply pre-emption rights), 10.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital equates to 14,100,558 Ordinary shares as at today's date.  In relation to Resolution 13 (authority to purchase shares for cancellation or treasury), 14.99 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital equates to 21,136,737 Ordinary shares as at today's date.
