PPC S.A. ("PPC") in implementation of the provisions of L. 3556/2007 as in force and of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, announces that, on 03.12.2025, Mr. Polyvios Markantonakis, a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, proceeded with the sale of 1,000 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of € 17,810.00.
