Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on concluding Strategic Agreement

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that a Strategic Agreement was signed today by 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG SDT") and Turkish defence company Nurol Makina Sanayi A.Ş. (incorporated and registered in Türkiye, registered office is at Avrupa Hun Cd.No.6 Sincan, Ankara, Türkiye, hereinafter: "Nurol Makina").

Nurol Makina is one of Turkey's leading manufacturers of armoured combat vehicles. This partnership represents a key step in deepening Hungarian–Turkish economic relations and opens new opportunities for joint development initiatives and industrial cooperation.

Under the strategic agreement concluded with Nurol Makina, 4iG SDT will acquire exclusive distribution rights in Hungary for the sale of Gidrán 4×4 tactical armoured vehicles - based on the future distribution agreement - through 2030.
