Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on the signing of a non-binding Term Sheet

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today a non-binding Term Sheet was signed between 4iG Space and Defence Plc. (hereinafter:"4iG SDT") and Aselsan Elektronik Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. (registered seat: Mehmet Akif Ersoy Mahallesi, İstiklal Marşı Caddesi No: 16, 06200 Yenimahalle, Ankara) (hereinafter: "Aselsan"). The non-binding Term Sheet signed by Aselsan and 4iG SDT lays the foundations for establishing a joint venture in Hungary to implement future joint projects.

Through the planned joint company, the partners aim to create a new centre in Hungary for the development, production and sale of defence communication systems — including remote-controlled weapon stations (RCWS), counter-drone and air-defence solutions, as well as related support services. The cooperation may also create opportunities for additional joint defence-industry business projects in the future.

Aselsan is Türkiye's largest defence-technology company, with several decades of experience in the development and production of electronic warfare and communication systems, air-defence and counter-drone solutions, as well as radar and intelligence systems. With its advanced technologies, Aselsan is present in numerous NATO and international markets, and its products cover a broad range of defence, security and industrial applications.
