(the "Company", "PGE") discloses that on December 8,2025 the PGE's Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to recall from theManagement Board of the Company:- Mr Dariusz Marzec, President ofthe Management Board,

- Mr Maciej Górski, Vice-President of the Management Board forOperations.

Moreover, the Supervisory Board of the Company on December 8, 2025adopted resolution to delegate the Supervisory Board Member:

- Mr Dariusz Lubera to temporarily perform the duties of the Member ofthe Management Board of the Company for the period of up to 3-months andto entrust him the duties of the President of the Management Board ofthe Company.

The Resolution of the Supervisory Board does not contain the reasons ofchanges.

Biographical notes and required statements of Mr Dariusz Lubera weresubmitted by the Company in the current report no. 42/2025 on December4, 2025.
