Şirketimiz Mogan Enerji Yatım Holding A.Ş.'nin %90 bağlı ortaklığı Gürmat Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.'nin altında bulunan 25 MW'lık Efe 9 Jeotermal Enerji Santralı (JES) Yatırım Projesi için yapılan etütler sonucunda proje sahasında yeterli kaynak bulunmadığı tespit edilmiş ve bu nedenle yapılan lisans sonlandırma başvurusu Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu tarafından kabul edilerek lisans sonlandırılmıştır. Bu durum 06.12.2025 tarihli Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanmıştır. Efe 9 Jeotermal Enerji Santralı Yatırım Projesi, halka arza ilişkin fiyat tespit çalışmasında değerlendirmeye alınmamış olup, söz konusu lisans sonlandırma işlemi mevcut büyüme planlarımızı etkilemeyecektir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

As a result of the studies conducted for the 25 MW Efe 9 Geothermal Power Plant (GPP) Investment Project, which is under Gürmat Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., a 90% subsidiary of our company Mogan Enerji Yatırım Holding A.Ş., it has been determined that there are insufficient resources in the project area. Therefore, the application submitted for the termination of the generation license has been accepted by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority, and the license has been terminated. This decision was published in the Official Gazette dated 06.12.2025. The Efe 9 Geothermal Power Plant Investment Project was not taken into consideration in the price determination study related to the public offering, and the termination of the aforementioned license will not affect our current growth plans.
