Notification of Major Holdings

Avingtrans plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification from JTC Employer Solutions Limited, as trustee of the Avingtrans Employees' Share Trust (the "Trustee"), regarding its holding of ordinary shares in the Company following a sale of shares.

The Trustee has sold 120,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company on 3 December 2025. Following this transaction, the Trustee's holding has fallen below the 3% notification threshold.

The Trustee confirms that it is the legal and beneficial owner of 990,974 ordinary shares, representing 2.99% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, based on 33,130,422 ordinary shares in issue.
