Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve Ser-Berker Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 2024 mali yılında vergi sonrası 31.060.522.-TL kar, Vergi Usul Kanununa (VUK) göre hazırlanan solo finansal tablolarda 29.965.057,42 TL zarar etmiştir.

Kar dağıtımının yapılmaması, Vuk- solo finansal tablolarda yer alan 2024 yılı dönem zararı olan 29.965.057,42 TL'nın geçmiş yıllar karları hesabına aktarılmasına ilişkin öneri katılanların oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
