Tamamı nitelikli yatırımcılara satılmak üzere yurt dışında Euro cinsinden beş yıl vadeli 500.000.000 Euro (beş yüz milyon Euro) nominal değere kadar Paya Dönüştürülebilir Tahvil (Convertible Bond) ihracına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan İhraç Belgesi ektedir.

The Issuance Certificate approved by the Capital Markets Board regarding the issuance of Convertible Bonds, which will be issued as euro denominated up to a nominal value of EUR 500,000,000 (five hundred million Euros) with a maturity of five years and be sold only to qualified investors abroad, is attached.
