Success of the capital increase reserved for Eiffage employees

Eiffage did announce in February a capital increase reserved for the Group employees in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany and Senegal.

Close to 44,000 employees did subscribe to this operation via the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2018.

The capital increase amounts to 143,607,323.79 euros and leads to the creation of 1,933,584 new shares (equal to 1.97% of the share currently issued), at a price of 74,27 euros per share.

The capital of the company has been increased from 392,015,064 euros to 399,749,400 euros and is now made of 99,937,350 shares of 4 euros of nominal value.

The main details of the operation were the subject of a press release dated 28 rd February 2018.

After the operation, the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2018 will hold 1.93% of the capital of the company.
