In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, SolGold confirms that as at the date of this announcement, it had in issue 3,006,748,641 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights. SolGold does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The SolGold ordinary shares are admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and their International Securities Identification Number (the "ISIN") code is GB00B0WD0R35.
