8 December 2025 - SkinBioTherapeutics plc (AIM: SBTX), a life science group focused on skin health, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), form of proxy and Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 were posted to shareholders on 5 December 2025.
