AVAILABILITY OF THE 2017-2018 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

Bernin (Grenoble), France, on June 19, 2018 – Soitec (Euronext Paris), a world leader in designing and manufacturing innovative semiconductor materials, today announces the release of its Registration Document for the 2017-2018 fiscal year ended on March 31, 2018, prior filed with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under visa no. D.18-0586 dated June 18, 2018.
