The holding company Bolloré SA has taken note of its placement under formal investigation (mise en examen) on December 12th , 2018 which occurred mechanically, without any new element and, ensues from the placement under formal investigation of two of its executives on April 25th , 2018.
The holding company Bolloré SA, which is in no way related to the facts being investigated, has decided to bring an action against this decision to be cleared of any allegations.
